Hello,  I have a 5 part project that needs to be complete.  It covers program evaluation, literature reviews and other areas.  I am looking for the best qualified person to assist.  I would require the first portion to be completed today just to see that whoever takes on the request is able to meet the requirements.  Please let me know if you are able to do so.
